The short version: use AKAISO only on websites you control, don’t abuse it, and don’t use it against anyone else.
1.Why this policy exists
AKAISO is a defensive tool: it helps owners protect their own websites. This policy keeps it that way. It is part of our terms of service.
2.Only websites you control
- Only check, monitor or connect websites you own, or that you are authorised in writing to manage.
- Agencies may manage their clients’ websites, as long as each client has agreed.
- Don’t try to get around ownership verification.
3.No abuse of the service
Don’t:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt the service;
- try to see other customers’ data;
- get around plan limits, payments, verification or other security controls;
- share your account or keys with people outside your workspace.
4.No attacks on others
- Don’t use the service, its API or its AI features to scan, probe or attack third parties.
- Don’t ask the AI features for attack payloads, exploit code or ways to break into a site. They are built to refuse, and trying may lead to suspension.
- Don’t use the results to harm a website or its users.
5.No resale without permission
Don’t resell, rent out or white-label the service itself without our written permission. Sharing reports with your own clients, including with your branding on the Agency plan, is fine.
6.No malware or illegal content
- Don’t upload malware, or illegal, infringing or abusive content, anywhere in the service: in notes, logos, branding, alert settings or through the API.
- The WordPress plugin sends file fingerprints, never file contents. Don’t change it to send anything else.
7.Rate limits and fair use
- The free check is limited per IP address each hour, and a recent result for the same domain is reused for an hour.
- Each plan has monthly allowances, such as AI security reviews and assistant questions, shown on the billing page.
- Re-running checks, the plugin’s reports and other features have request limits to keep the service fast for everyone.
- Don’t try to get around these limits, for example with many accounts or addresses.
8.Reporting abuse or a security problem
If you think someone is misusing the service, or you have found a security problem in it, write to [Contact email]. Please report security problems privately and give us time to fix them.
9.What happens if this policy is broken
We may block a domain, remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the workspace involved. Where the law requires, we may report illegal activity.
